We celebrated St. Patrick's Day with the Hobbs family this year, especially fun since Daddy and Esther have been to Ireland in the not so distant past.

We had real Irish "Bubble and Squeak"!!
And I think we can safely say, "Two Apples a day, keep the doctor away".

The " bubble & squeak " does not look like " bubble & squeak" to me
It should be a mixture of cabbage and potato - fried up and slightly browned - plus add anything else you want !
Yours looks like a pancake !!!
